OPM Ltd is equipped to undertake the general management of all our clients’ properties ensuring the safety, daily operations, space utilization, manpower, repairs and maintenance, compliance of statutory obligations and certification of the property.

Our cleaning operations are often undertaken out of business hours,but provision may be made during times of occupations for the cleaning of toilets,replenishing consumables(such as toilets rolls, soap) plus litter picking and reactive response.

Cleaning is scheduled as a series of periodic(daily, weekly, monthly)tasks.

OPM Ltd has responsibilities for the day-to-day running of our customers’ building and giving weekly or monthly reports or an escalation procedure.

The response to help desk calls are prioritized according to the severity of the problem. This can be something as simple as lights not working, photocopier jammed, coffee spills, or vending machine problems to fire in the building.

We plan with clients to have a backup or a continuity plan so that in the event of a fire or major failure the business can recover quickly or be moved to a different surrounding or site set up to model the existing operations whilst we resolve the problem.

In many organisations, office layouts are subject to frequent change and OPM Ltd is here to make these changes possible by working with the client to meet business needs and compliance with statutory requirements related to office layouts including the minimum amount of space to be provided per staff member, fire safety arrangements, lighting levels, signage, ventilation and temperature controls and toilets and drinking water.
